What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Physical Security Systems Analyst in Columbus, OH. This hourly role ($30–$35/hr) supports physical security operations, compliance, reporting, and records management across enterprise environments.
- Maintain physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems to ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality-assurance checks to support security compliance and governance
- Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, and security documentation management
- Assist with SharePoint administration, document control, and records management activities
- Track projects, action items, inventories, and physical security technology assets
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and data quality
What Experience You’ll Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience (including internships, co-ops, or entry-level administrative/operations roles)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a problem-solving, analytical mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with SharePoint administration, document management, or records management
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, or working with large datasets
- Internship or professional experience supporting corporate security, compliance, facilities, or project coordination

Compensation & Benefits
