What You’ll Do
This field-based role focuses on educating healthcare professionals and community sites about COVID‑19 risk identification and available treatments. You will execute territory plans, engage with HCPs, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies, and support local initiatives that increase appropriate patient identification and access to care.
- Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID‑19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
- Educate targeted HCPs, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies on patient identification and eligibility for treatment.
- Build and maintain working relationships with customers through regular calls and in-person visits as defined by the Statement of Work.
- Coordinate closely with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and field efforts across channels.
- Analyze territory and customer data to prioritize opportunities and tailor sales approaches for each target office.
- Implement strategic call plans to meet or exceed local objectives.
- Guide retail pharmacy interactions to support local outreach and awareness.
- Use approved materials only; maintain up-to-date product, disease-state, and market knowledge.
- Complete required call reporting, inventory recording, certifications, and compliance training.
- Attend required sales conferences and training sessions; balance certification and study time with field responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience — acceptable backgrounds include pharmaceutical sales, medical/medical-device sales, professional sales/promotional activity, small-business ownership/entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT), educator roles, or full‑time military service.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the assigned territory.
- Urgent care setting experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the territory as required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meet company standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, territory management ability, customer-analysis mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $52,000 – $96,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
