What You’ll Do

This is a field-based Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role focused on increasing awareness of high/at-risk patients for COVID‑19 across healthcare providers, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies within an assigned territory. You will represent a confidential client in the Healthcare & Nursing industry and work closely with local colleagues to execute targeted engagement plans and support patient identification and treatment preparedness.

  • Provide P1-level support to physicians and HCPs about COVID‑19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
  • Educate targeted customers to improve patient identification and eligibility for treatment
  • Build and maintain regular contact and strong working relationships with targeted HCPs, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams to align goals and field activities
  • Analyze territory data and past interactions to prioritize accounts and tailor call plans
  • Use only approved materials and messaging while maintaining an expert understanding of the product, disease state, and market dynamics
  • Complete all required call reporting, inventory tracking, certifications, and compliance training on schedule
  • Participate in sales conferences, trainings, and other required team meetings

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic call plan to exceed assigned goals for your geography
  • Conduct meaningful, medically informed conversations with HCPs (e.g., drug-to-drug interaction management, identifying high-risk patients)
  • Guide local retail pharmacy engagement to support outreach and awareness efforts
  • Employ proven interaction techniques: pre-call planning, effective openings, focused presentations, productive questioning, and call summaries
  • Share approved support resources and ensure customer preparedness
  • Balance territory fieldwork with off-territory study and certification time to maintain up-to-date knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience — may include one or more of:
    • Pharmaceutical sales
    • Medical / medical device sales
    • Professional sales or promotional activity
    • Small business owner / entrepreneurial experience
    • Marketing, customer service, or account management
    • Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
    • Educator roles (teacher, principal)
    • Full‑time military experience
  • Urgent care setting experience preferred
  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the assigned territory
  • Willingness to travel within territory
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn medical and product information and follow compliance requirements

Compensation & Location

  • Base pay range: $52,000 – $96,000 per year (final offer determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs)
  • Employment type: Full time
  • Location: West Palm Beach, FL (territory-based; candidate must live within 25 miles of territory border)
