Overview
Confidential Client is building a nationwide field team of Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives. This is an excellent entry-level to early-career role in healthcare and pharmaceutical field sales focused on raising awareness about high / at-risk patient types for COVID-19 and related treatments. The position is field-based in the Tenneryville / Longview, TX area and will report to the Area Business Manager.

Your role will involve
You will educate and support healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care centers, and retail pharmacies about patient identification, treatment eligibility, and resources for high-risk COVID-19 patients.
- Provide P1-level support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
- Educate identified HCP targets to improve customer preparedness for patient identification and care
- Build and maintain relationships with customers via regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the field Statement of Work (SOW)
- Collaborate across field and channel teams to align on objectives and execution
- Analyze territory and customer data to prioritize opportunities and maximize local impact
- Work in a team environment that values collaboration and idea-sharing
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Conduct HCP engagement: probe needs, answer clinical/process questions, and provide approved resources
- Maintain and use only approved promotional and educational materials
- Keep up-to-date on disease state knowledge, product information, and market trends
- Execute strategic call plans and tailor approaches for each target office
- Coordinate with colleagues to prioritize local opportunities and implement account strategies
- Support retail pharmacy interactions to further awareness and access
- Complete call reporting, inventory tasks, and required compliance training
- Attend required trainings and sales meetings; complete study/certification during off-territory hours as needed
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, such as:
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical / medical device sales
- Professional sales, promotional activity, or account management
- Healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
- Educator roles (e.g., teacher, principal)
- Full-time military experience or entrepreneurial/small business ownership
- Urgent care or retail pharmacy experience a plus
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the assigned territory
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $52,000 – $96,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Incentive opportunities and benefits may also apply.
