Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to join a field-based team focused on increasing awareness of high/at-risk patients for COVID-19 among healthcare providers (HCPs), urgent cares, and retail pharmacies. This is an entry-level field role reporting to the Area Business Manager and requires local territory coverage.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide P1 support to physicians on COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
  • Educate targeted HCPs, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies to improve patient identification and preparedness
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers through regular calls and visits as defined in the Field Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate field efforts across channels
  • Analyze territory/customer data and previous interactions to prioritize opportunities and execute strategic call plans
  • Guide the retail pharmacy customer interface at the local level to further outreach and uptake
  • Use only approved materials and maintain expert-level knowledge of the product, disease state, and market dynamics
  • Complete required call reporting, inventory recording, certifications, and compliance training within set timelines
  • Attend required sales conferences and training sessions (local or remote) and balance off-territory study/certification time

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as:
    • Pharmaceutical sales or medical/device sales
    • Professional sales, promotional activity, marketing, customer service, or account management
    • Healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT, OT) or educator roles (teacher, principal)
    • Small business owner or full-time military experience
  • Urgent care setting experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel and operate in a field-based role
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards
  • Must live within 25 miles of the assigned territory border

Compensation & Location

The base pay range for this position is $52,000 – $96,000 per year. Final compensation offered will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs. This role is based in Jacksonville, FL and requires local territory coverage.
