Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to join a field-based team focused on increasing awareness and preparedness for high/at-risk COVID-19 patients. This is an entry-level to early-career field sales role with strong growth and training opportunities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The position requires regular in-person engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care sites, and retail pharmacies within an assigned territory near Greenland, AR.

Key responsibilities
- Provide P1-level clinical-support information to physicians and HCPs on COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
- Educate targeted clinicians and staff to improve patient identification and preparedness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, urgent care centers, and retail pharmacies.
- Execute a strategic territory call plan to prioritize opportunities and maximize local impact.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional colleagues to align field activities and channel strategies.
- Use approved materials only and maintain compliance with client policies and training timelines.
- Complete required call reporting, inventory recording, and other administrative tasks as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Attend required sales conferences and training sessions; complete certifications and compliance training within required deadlines.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Conduct in-person HCP engagement: probe for needs, answer clinical and operational questions, and provide approved educational resources.
- Tailor sales messages and pre-call plans using territory data and past interactions.
- Guide retail pharmacy interfaces and support pharmacy teams to advance local initiatives.
- Balance in-territory customer time with off-territory study and certification work.
- Track and report activity through required CRM and reporting systems.
- Contribute ideas in a high-collaboration environment to improve local execution.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience — examples include:
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical / medical device sales
- Professional sales, promotional activity, or account management
- Healthcare/scientific roles (RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
- Educator (teacher, principal)
- Full-time military experience
- Small business ownership, marketing, or customer service
- Experience in urgent care or retail pharmacy settings preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border as assigned.
Compensation
- Base pay range: $52,000 – $96,000 per year. Final offer will reflect experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
- Total compensation may include incentives or bonuses per the SOW.
