About the Role
Confidential Client is building a nationwide field team of Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives to increase awareness of high/at-risk patients for COVID-19 among healthcare providers, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies. This field position balances territory sales execution, HCP engagement, and patient-focused education.
- Primary focus: engage HCPs and retail partners on patient identification, clinical risk factors, and approved treatment options.
- Position type: Full-time, field-based (territory coverage).
- Base pay range: $52,000 – $96,000 per year (see Compensation & Benefits).
What You’ll Do
- Provide P1 support to physicians and HCPs about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
- Educate targeted customers to improve patient identification and preparedness.
- Build and maintain relationships through regular calls and in-person visits with providers and retail pharmacies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and coordinate field deployments.
- Analyze territory data and customer history to prioritize opportunities and tailor sales approaches.
- Implement strategic call plans and meet/exceed assigned goals.
- Follow approved promotional materials and complete required call reporting and inventory tasks.
- Participate in required trainings, sales conferences, and compliance activities.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Relevant backgrounds include:
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical / medical device sales
- Professional sales or promotional activity
- Healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
- Educator (e.g., teacher, principal)
- Small business owner, marketing, customer service, or account management
- Full-time military experience
- Urgent care setting experience preferred.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Willingness to travel as required for territory coverage.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
- Strong communication, territory planning, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $52,000 – $96,000 per year. Final offer will reflect experience, skills, and business needs.
