Overview

Our confidential client in the healthcare/Sales space is hiring a full-time Personal Injury Specialist to cover the Coronado, AZ territory (Southern Arizona). This role focuses on developing and managing referral relationships with law firms and healthcare providers to grow outpatient radiology services. The position requires frequent local travel, strong consultative sales skills, and experience working with legal or medical referral partners.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with attorneys, paralegals, referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote confidential client services
  • Learn the outpatient radiology service line, local market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the assigned territory
  • Create and execute weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans to hit territory goals
  • Use the CRM and business intelligence tools to prioritize targets and measure results
  • Execute regional marketing initiatives, manage promotional budgets, and maintain marketing collateral
  • Partner with local operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and relay regional insights to sales leadership
  • Follow all corporate compliance policies, including HIPAA and safety guidelines
  • Complete assigned projects and support cross-functional initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience (healthcare sales experience preferred)
  • Experience working with law firms or within the personal injury space is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage territory plans, pipelines, and follow-up activities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Solid business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform territory strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to professional audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and reliable time management
  • Commitment to delivering empathetic, professional customer service and escalating issues appropriately
  • Adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, and travel to referral partners and healthcare facilities
  • Driving for extended periods within the assigned territory; up to 100% local travel within the greater Coronado/Tucson area
  • Occasional out-of-state travel for meetings, conferences, or trainings

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base: $91,614 per year (estimated)
