Summary
This listing is for a Personal Banker (SAFE Act) at a Confidential Client branch in Pembroke Pines, FL. This entry-level sales role supports branch goals by delivering outstanding client service, building customer relationships, and driving cross-sell opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with business credit requests under $250K; identify and refer larger lending opportunities
- Cross-sell treasury and small-business products to deepen relationships
- Build referral pipelines via Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member Get Member (MGM) programs
- Execute outbound and inbound client outreach to acquire new relationships and expand existing ones
- Coach and support tellers and branch staff on products, programs, and client referrals
- Educate clients on transactions and digital/self-service channels; present relevant product offers
- Follow client-facing policies and procedures and escalate compliance or control issues as needed
- Apply sound judgment to assess risk and safeguard client and firm assets
Qualifications
- 0–2 years relevant experience; previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with smart banking tools and digital channels
- NMLS registration / SAFE Act compliant (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
- Customer-focused with proven ability to build rapport and drive results
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Primary location full-time salary range: $50,600 – $70,600 per year
- In addition to base pay, the Confidential Client may offer discretionary and formulaic incentives and retention awards where applicable. Typical benefit offerings can include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, life/accident/disability coverage, and paid time off. Offerings and eligibility may vary by jurisdiction and job level.
