Responsibilities

• Work with small business credit requests under $250,000 and identify/brightline larger lending opportunities for referral
• Cross-sell treasury and related small-business products to deepen client relationships
• Build referral sources via Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member Get Member (MGM) initiatives
• Execute outbound and inbound client outreach to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones through relevant product offers
• Coach and support tellers and branch staff on products, special programs, and referral techniques
• Identify client transaction needs, promote digital and service channels, and leverage marketing/technology tools to present financial solutions
• Follow internal policies and procedures while assessing risk and safeguarding the firm, clients, and assets

Qualifications

• 0–2 years relevant experience; previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and digital banking technologies
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to work in the United States

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time salary range (primary location, Manhattan, NY): $61,280 — $85,520 per year
• In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards
• Benefits may include medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; wellness programs; and paid time off. Actual offerings may vary by jurisdiction and job level.
