What You’ll Do
The Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Personal Banker (SAFE Act). In this branch-facing role you will help build client relationships, support sales and service activities, and identify cross-sell opportunities to grow consumer and small business relationships.
- Work with business credit requests under $250K; identify and refer larger lending opportunities
- Cross-sell treasury, small business, and consumer banking products
- Generate referral business via Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member-Get-Member (MGM) programs
- Execute outbound and inbound client calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones
- Coach and support Tellers and branch staff on products, promotions, and referral opportunities
- Educate clients on digital and service channels; use available technology and marketing tools to uncover needs and present product offers
- Follow Confidential Client policies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Assess and escalate risk or control issues appropriately, protecting the firm, clients, and assets
Qualifications
- 0–2 years relevant experience; banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with Smart Banking tools and digital channels
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Schedule & Location
- Primary location: Campbell, CA (in-branch)
- Good-faith schedule (subject to business needs): Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; alternating Saturdays 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Time type: Full time
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary range (Campbell, CA): USD $61,280.00 - $85,520.00 per year
- In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive incentive/retention awards and access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/accident/disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off. Offerings vary by jurisdiction and hire date.
