What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Personal Banker role (SAFE Act compliant) focused on building and deepening customer relationships in a branch environment. You will support sales, service, and onboarding activities while following regulatory and policy requirements.

• Support business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products to grow client relationships
• Build referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member Get Member (MGM) programs
• Deliver exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls and in-branch interactions
• Coach and advise tellers and branch staff on product offerings and special programs
• Educate clients on digital/self-service channels and leverage available marketing/technology tools
• Maintain compliance with firm policies, applicable laws and regulations; escalate control issues with transparency
• Use sound judgment to protect the firm’s reputation, clients, and assets

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance required
• Comfortable with Smart Banking tools and digital channels
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $61,280.00 – $85,520.00 per year (Full-time)
• Estimated total compensation data displayed on source may vary

• In some cases employees may also be eligible for discretionary or formulaic incentive awards
