What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level branch banking role supporting consumer and small business clients under the SAFE Act. You will help grow customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls.

• Work with business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities
• Cross-sell treasury and small-business products and services
• Build referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member-Get-Member programs
• Support outbound and inbound client calls to acquire and deepen relationships
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products, programs, and referral opportunities
• Educate clients on digital and branch service channels and present product offers
• Follow Confidential Client policies, standards and procedures, and escalate control issues as needed
• Make business decisions that appropriately assess and mitigate risk in line with regulatory and policy requirements

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; previous retail banking, sales, or customer-service experience preferred
• SAFE Act compliance and NMLS registration required
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and CRM/sales technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (ability to serve Spanish-speaking clients)
• Customer-focused, sales-oriented, and detail-minded

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Primary location full-time salary range (Norwalk, CA): $58,190 – $81,210 per year
• In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive discretionary or formulaic incentive and retention awards
• Typical benefits include medical, dental & vision, 401(k), life/accident/disability insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays (offerings may vary by jurisdiction and job level)
