What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Personal Banker (SAFE Act compliant) to support branch sales and client service in North Miami Beach, FL. This role focuses on building customer relationships, delivering outstanding service, and identifying sales opportunities across retail and small business clients.
Primary responsibilities:
- Work with business credit requests under $250,000; recognize and refer larger lending opportunities
- Cross-sell treasury and related small-business products
- Build referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member-Get-Member programs
- Acquire and deepen customer relationships via inbound and outbound outreach
- Coach and support tellers and branch staff on products, programs, and customer needs
- Educate clients on service and digital channels; present product offers and financial solutions
- Follow firm policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls; escalate issues as needed
Who You Are / Qualifications
To succeed in this role you should have:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (banking, retail, or sales preferred)
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- Familiarity with smart banking tools and digital channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
- Ability to assess risk and act in accordance with compliance and ethical standards
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Primary location full-time salary range (from source): $50,600.00 – $70,600.00 per year
- Additional compensation details (if eligible): discretionary/formulaic incentives and retention awards
