People (HR) Specialist - University

What You’ll Do
- Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities and support day-to-day people needs that strengthen team performance.
- Support core People initiatives including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
- Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that simplify ways of working and increase People team impact.
- Deliver practical, timely solutions and recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
- Interest or background in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields is a plus.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, managing multiple priorities, and staying agile through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership through work experience, internships, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong curiosity and analytic mindset — uses data and insights to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across multiple levels of an organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
