Overview
Confidential Client is looking for a hands-on Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support sponsorship activation and fulfillment for a collegiate sports property in Moraga, CA. This role focuses on executing partner deliverables, supporting gameday operations, and coordinating across internal teams, university contacts, and brand partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across in-venue, digital, and traditional platforms
- Act as a primary liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records of sponsorship elements and deliverables
- Assist with gameday operations: setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotions
- Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to ensure on-site execution meets partner expectations
- Produce proof-of-performance documentation and contribute to partner recap presentations
- Support administrative tasks including budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
Minimum Qualifications
- Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field; internships and early-career experience welcome
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and home games
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Prior experience supporting sponsorships, sports events, or gameday operations
- Comfortable working in live-event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $24.04 – $25.75 per hour (good-faith estimate at time of posting). Placement within the range is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Pay will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage laws.
- Eligible employees may also be considered for discretionary bonuses or sales compensation where applicable.
