What You’ll Do

This role supports execution of corporate sponsorship activations and day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts. You will coordinate logistics, track deliverables, and help ensure sponsorships are delivered on time and at the expected quality for fans, sponsors, and campus stakeholders. You will work with internal teams, university contacts, and brand partners to bring partnerships to life.

  • Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platforms
  • Serve as liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records of sponsorship elements and deliverables
  • Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotions
  • Supervise gameday staff as needed and ensure on-site execution meets partner expectations
  • Provide proof-of-performance documentation and contribute to partner recap presentations
  • Support administrative duties: budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reporting
  • Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery

Minimum Qualifications

  • Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early-career experience welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home games

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Previous experience supporting sponsorships, sports events, or gameday operations
  • Comfortable working in live event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual pay: $46,101 (per source). Benefits for eligible employees typically include medical, dental, vision, health savings account, life and other insurance plans, flexible paid time off (minimum 10+ days annually), parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and short/long-term disability. Leave benefits are provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.


Working Conditions & Other Notes

This is an on-site role supporting live events; expect regular work during evenings, weekends, and home games. The role is hands-on and requires comfort with event logistics, in-venue setup, and frequent interaction with sponsors and campus staff.
