What You’ll Do
This three-year Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a rotational, early-career leadership development program designed to accelerate the growth of recent graduates into future operations leaders. As a participant you will:
- Complete three one-year rotations with increasing responsibility across operational functions (examples below).
- Work in Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing, Program & Strategy and related operational teams.
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects that improve processes, cost, quality or delivery.
- Participate in leadership and technical training, plus an annual Leadership Development Conference.
- Begin and complete a master’s degree during the program with tuition assistance (e.g., MBA, Engineering).
- Receive a mentor and regular feedback to support career planning and rotation selection.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek highly motivated, collaborative early-career professionals who demonstrate leadership potential and curiosity. Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality, Business, or a related field.
- Internship, co-op or relevant project experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in academic, extracurricular or work settings.
- Willingness and ability to relocate as required for rotational assignments.
- Commitment to start the master’s degree during the program and complete it within two years after program end.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance if required by rotation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Salary Range: $59,023 - $100,339 (range provided by the client; final offer depends on experience, location, and other factors)
- Tuition assistance for approved graduate programs required by the program
- Standard benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours/week including: medical, dental, vision, HSA options, 401(k) plan, disability and life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and other leave programs.
- Additional employee programs may include recognition awards, employee assistance, and discounts.
Location & Relocation
- First-rotation locations typically include major operations sites such as York, PA; Kingsport, TN; Louisville, KY; or Aiken, SC. Second and third rotations may be at other sector locations nationwide.
- Participants must be willing to relocate for rotations; relocation assistance details will be provided by the hiring team.
- Some rotations may require eligibility for and maintenance of a Department of Defense security clearance.
Program Timing & Early Start
- Official cohort begins in June. Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree earlier (or graduate in December) may be eligible for an early start prior to the cohort if business conditions allow. Early-start participants may need to relocate to their assigned location before the cohort start.
