What You’ll Do
This entry-level Outsourced Accounting Analyst role supports a confidential client’s Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) practice. You will join the November 2026 class in East Brunswick, NJ and work on client bookkeeping, transaction processing, and month-end close activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates, Managers and Partners to support multiple client engagements
- Manage bill payments, client invoicing and apply cash receipts in a timely manner
- Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations and investigate reconciling items
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close procedures
- Run payroll and post/reconcile related journal entries
- Support accounting systems setup and implementation based on client needs
- Contribute to ad hoc client-facing and internal accounting and reporting projects
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates across channels
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should be graduating accounting majors (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in the upcoming school year and ready to start November 2026. Ideal applicants will demonstrate:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in teams and learning new software quickly
Skills & Tools
Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred and will help you ramp faster:
- QuickBooks Online
- Bill.com, Expensify
- Payroll platforms (Gusto, Justworks)
- Xero
- Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- General ledger and reconciliation experience
Location, Compensation & Other Details
- Location: East Brunswick, NJ (on-site / regional team)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Salary range: $70,000 - $76,000 (range provided; final offer will depend on role, hiring location, skills and experience)
- Start: November 2026 cohort
