What You’ll Do

Provide person-centered behavioral health services across the continuum of outpatient care, working with children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Provide individual, family, group, and telehealth counseling.
  • Conduct behavioral-health and risk assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to higher levels of care when required.
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans and goals.
  • Connect clients with community resources and facilitate smooth transitions of care.
  • Collaborate with providers, families, schools, hospitals, courts, and community partners.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license
  • Bachelor’s degree with an acceptable entry-level license or a master’s degree in social work or counseling
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Preferred:

  • LISW or LPCC
  • 1–3 years of behavioral health therapy experience
  • Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
  • Experience delivering evidence-based treatments and crisis intervention
