Corporate - Order Management Specialist I: (Junior)

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, track and report status of customer quote requests and orders in accordance with client customer service standards.
- Maintain clear informational exchanges with all groups contributing to order fulfillment.
- Handle multiple quotes and orders simultaneously and prioritize work based on schedule demands.
- Prepare and review quotes/proposals; receive, prioritize, and process customer orders.
- Generate clear customer requirements for implementing teams and provide regular status reports for outstanding inquiries and orders.
- Schedule and release orders for shipment per client policies and customer requirements.
- Prepare invoice/billing documentation per order terms.
- Provide prompt resolution of customer issues related to warranties, suspenses, deficiencies, contract/purchase order issues.
- Provide after-hours support for outages and emergencies as needed.
- Work with Sales and other teams to develop and maintain centralized tracking systems (historical/current planning).
- Support process and procedure improvements; document process steps for daily functions.
- Assist with routine investigations and escalations; support Customer Master data entry and maintenance.
- Minimal overnight travel (under 10%).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field OR equivalent directly related work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of directly related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service experience handling quotes, orders, billing, and problem resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information to managers, clients, and customers.
- Comfortable with mathematical concepts (fractions, percentages, ratios) and basic statistical reasoning.
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Computer skills: experience with database software, spreadsheet and word processing software, email, and basic project-management tools.
- Ability to follow safety policies and protect confidential/export-controlled information.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, talk and hear.
- Frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional exposure to toxic/caustic chemicals; may work in loud environments.
- Must adhere to client and customer safety procedures, including use of PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, goggles, hearing and fall protection) where required.

Compensation & Location
- Location: Orlando, FL (onsite/onsite-hybrid as required by the confidential client).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Estimated pay: $57,661 per year (estimated).
- Minimal overnight travel (<10%).
