What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Associate to join their Business Applications practice focused on NetSuite. You will work as a project team member supporting NetSuite implementations, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user enablement.

• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and project components (functional & design specs, configurations, QA, data migration, reviews)
• Configure base NetSuite functionality, customizations and assist with third-party integrations
• Participate in requirements‑gathering sessions and map business processes to NetSuite solutions
• Assess clients’ current systems and processes and translate findings into solution designs and process improvements
• Create and execute testing scenarios in NetSuite and help validate deliverables
• Assist with data migration from legacy systems into NetSuite
• Train end users on NetSuite features and best practices tailored to their daily workflows
• Build custom reports, dashboards and KPIs with end users
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and client support, including occasional work outside core business hours
• Collaborate with project leads to spot opportunities to add client value across services

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Willingness/ability to travel 10–30%
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong teamwork and client-facing skills; able to interact effectively at all levels
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts in business terms
• Solid understanding of business and IT processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range: $73,920 - $88,200 per year (range provided by Confidential Client; actual pay depends on experience, location, skills, and other factors)

Work Location & Travel

• Location: Mc Lean, VA (onsite/hybrid as determined by Confidential Client)
• Travel: Approximately 10–30% (client engagements may require travel and occasional work across time zones)
