Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an Oracle EPM Associate to support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations and ongoing support. In this entry-level consulting role you'll work on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting projects using Oracle EPM tools. Expect client interaction, hands-on configuration, data analysis, and collaboration with more senior consultants as you build technical and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards using Oracle EPM tools
• Support budget and forecast processes and contribute to periodic financial close activities
• Perform strategic data analysis to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Support integrations between enterprise systems to improve data flow and accuracy
• Conduct root cause analysis for process and data issues and propose remediation
• Help develop business rules, optimization models, and KPIs for client projects
• Prepare performance assessments and profitability management reports
• Contribute to project documentation, testing, and end-user training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience (academic projects or internships may apply)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to interact with clients and internal teams
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products
• Experience building financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Familiarity with business rules development, cost management, and KPI design
• Experience applying AI-assisted tooling or automation in finance processes
• Background in systems integration, data mapping, or ETL processes

• Location: Nashville, TN (on-site and client-facing as required)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Travel: Up to 60%

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $61,000 - $100,000 (actual salary depends on experience, skills, and location)
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus where applicable
• Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k), paid time off, and other standard offerings (specific benefits subject to Confidential Client policy and applicable law)
