What You’ll Do
Confidential Client’s Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a three-year, rotational program designed to accelerate entry-level Industrial Engineering and operations talent into future leaders. In this role you will:
- Participate in three, one-year rotations with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Work in operational areas such as Supplier Partnerships, Manufacturing, Program & Strategy, and Supply Chain.
- Lead or support projects that improve production, quality, throughput, and cost.
- Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and program management teams.
- Own deliverables for tracking, planning, and execution during your rotations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and program stakeholders.
- Receive mentorship and participate in structured leadership and technical training.
Program Details
- The OLDP includes three, one-year rotations designed to expose participants to varied operational disciplines.
- Participants are required to begin and complete a Master’s degree during the program (Confidential Client provides tuition assistance).
- Rotations primarily occur at major sector locations across the U.S.; initial placement may be at one of the following (subject to business need): York, PA; Kingsport, TN; Louisville, KY; or Aiken, SC. Subsequent rotations may be at other sector sites nationwide.
- The program provides flexibility for participant input on 2nd and 3rd rotation choices, aligned to business needs.
- You will attend an annual leadership development conference and complete a blended curriculum of technical and leadership training.
- Mentors are assigned to each participant to support career development and off-program placement.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality, Business, or a related major.
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations preferred.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in academic or extracurricular settings.
- Able and willing to relocate during the rotational program.
- Able to start at one of the program’s major locations (examples above).
- Willing to begin a Master’s degree during the program and complete it within two years after program end.
- Depending on rotation assignments, candidates may be required to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Salary Range: $59,023 - $100,339 (range reflects market structures; final salary depends on qualifications, location, and internal considerations)
