Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a temporary, full-time OPS DJJ Operations Coordinator to support Prevention Services activities in Alachua, FL. This OPS position focuses on on-site program monitoring, technical assistance to contracted providers, data collection and reporting, and community outreach to support delinquency prevention programming.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine on-site observations of contracted Prevention programs and document findings.
- Provide technical assistance, in-service training, and guidance on contractual requirements to providers.
- Review provider deficiencies, assist in resolving issues, and respond to program-related incidents.
- Draft and submit monthly and quarterly reports; analyze outcome data and recommend operational improvements.
- Conduct annual property inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Prevention Services management and stakeholders on program concerns and initiatives.
- Plan and lead community outreach and youth-focused Prevention Services events; build and maintain community partnerships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods.
- Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop recommendations and document workflows.
- Strong organization skills and ability to present data and findings in written reports.
- Experience conducting fact-finding research and applying problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work independently and to interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with providers and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience.
- A master’s degree may substitute for one year of required experience.
- Flexible schedule availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Alachua, FL (work performed at local Prevention program sites; primary office functions as directed by Confidential Client).
- Pay: $23.77 per hour (equivalent annual estimate shown by Confidential Client).

- This is OPS (Other Personal Services) employment: temporary and at-will; assignments, pay, and duration may change.
- All final candidates will be subject to required background screenings, which may include criminal background checks and sex-offender registry checks; drug screening may be required for certain direct-care assignments.
