What You’ll Do
Confidential Client seeks ambitious analysts who want to advise senior leaders and help shape functional and operations transformations. In this role you will work on ill-defined, high-impact problems, translate messy data into clear insight, and present recommendations that executives can act on.
- Diagnose where a business function stands and define the right problem to solve
- Analyze operational data, build financial models, and surface actionable insights
- Design operating models, organizational changes, and execution plans that deliver measurable value
- Use modern AI tools and accelerators to increase analysis speed and depth
- Communicate recommendations clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Support strategy-to-execution work: translate strategic choices into concrete operational programs
- Travel to client sites as needed (role may require up to ~50% travel)
How You’ll Grow
This role is an apprenticeship in strategic advising. Expect steep learning, frequent feedback, and direct coaching from senior practitioners recognized in their domains. You will build:
- Analytical rigor and financial fluency to influence decisions
- Experience converting strategy into executable programs
- Client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Domain expertise in a chosen functional practice (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain)
Where You’ll Focus
You will be placed into a specific practice early and serve Fortune 500 and private equity clients across industries. Common focus areas include:
- Customer strategy and experience
- Finance transformation
- Human capital strategy
- Supply chain and operations
- Infrastructure, real estate, and industry operations
- Regulatory, risk, and governance design
Required Qualifications
This is an entry-level opportunity targeted at candidates on a path to become strategic advisors.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent program
- Majors or backgrounds typically include Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, STEM, Operations, Supply Chain, or relevant Liberal Arts
- Strong academic record (3.3 cumulative GPA required; 3.5 preferred)
- Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (e.g., within ~100 miles) with the ability to commute daily if required upon start
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
