What You’ll Do

You will work on high-impact problems that inform executive decisions and shape how organizations operate. Typical day-to-day work includes diagnosing ambiguous problems, digging into data, building rigorous analysis, and turning insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders. You’ll be exposed to modern AI tools and practical accelerators and will learn to present concise, evidence-based advice to executives.

  • Tackle undefined, high-stakes business problems and identify the right questions to answer
  • Analyze data, develop financial and operational models, and surface actionable insights
  • Use AI tools and accelerators to enhance analysis and problem solving
  • Communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and help translate strategy into measurable execution
  • Support design of operating models, finance, HR, supply chain, risk & governance, and real estate decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect strategy with implementation

How You’ll Grow

This role is an apprenticeship: expect steep, on-the-job learning with frequent coaching and feedback. You’ll be placed with experienced practitioners who have deep functional expertise, accelerating your development in analysis, financial fluency, and executive communication. Over time you’ll build the domain authority to be the trusted advisor executives call when the toughest functional and operational problems arise.

Required Qualifications

This entry-level opportunity is intended for candidates beginning or building a career as a strategic advisor.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following or a related program:
    • Business (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behavior)
    • Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
    • Operations, Supply Chain
    • Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
  • Strong academic record (3.3 cumulative GPA required; 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred)
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (for example, approximately a 100-mile radius) and be able to commute daily if required upon start date
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client and practice needs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Compensation & Additional Details

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • A reasonable estimate for this role from the source posting is $105,000 per year. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, and other factors described in the client’s compensation policies.
  • This is an entry-level analyst role; many learning opportunities and exposure to senior client teams are provided.
