Role Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an entry-level Operations Specialist in Baltimore, MD. This is a hybrid role (two days remote) supporting financial operations, audit-readiness, and vendor quality assurance. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with pay of $20–$21 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Provide quality assurance checks on vendor work and partner with internal business units to fulfill auditor requests.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders to resolve audit-related items and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and prepare operational metrics and reports to give senior management transparency on workloads and volumes.
- Manage timely communications with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Support process improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Participate in training to stay current on industry and regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Recent graduate or early-career (1–2 years) financial services experience; internships count.
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more product areas within Operations.
- Ability to perform technical responsibilities with accuracy and a high degree of competence.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Details & Compensation
- Schedule: Hybrid — 2 days remote.
