What You’ll Do
This role sits in an Acceleration Center focused on Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) operations. As an Operations Management Consultant (Associate) with our confidential client, you will support client engagements that improve operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Analyze client operations and gather information from multiple sources to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Develop tailored operational strategies that increase productivity and reduce waste
- Support process-improvement and business-transformation initiatives, including change-management activities
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and coordination across functional teams
- Contribute to solution design and implementation plans that align with client objectives
- Use market research and data analysis to inform recommendations and quantify impact
- Build commercial awareness and client-facing communication skills
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including relevant codes of conduct and independence requirements
Who We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience (consulting, operations, process improvement, analytics, or similar)
Preferred / Differentiating Background
Candidates who meet one or more of the following will stand out:
- Degree(s) or coursework in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, or Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrated experience with business transformation, process optimization, or operations strategy
- Familiarity with change-management frameworks and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $63,000 — $140,000 (actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; applicable employment laws apply)
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
- Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave (benefits vary by location)
