The Operations Leadership Development Program at Confidential Client is a full-time, on-site rotational program designed to accelerate the leadership and operational skills of entry-level professionals through diverse assignments across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions. Participants engage in challenging rotations, mentorship, leadership training, and part-time graduate education to develop a broad understanding of operations and prepare for future leadership roles within the company.

What You’ll Do
This Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a structured, rotational leadership program that accelerates early-career development through on-the-job rotations, formal training, mentorship, and part-time graduate education. As a participant you will:
- Complete three 12-month rotational assignments across operational functions (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations programs, engineering).
- Work hands-on in roles such as Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, Subcontract Administrator, Strategic Sourcing Lead, Operations Program Specialist, or Value Stream Specialist.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency, quality, and throughput at manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational problems using data and standard problem-solving tools.
- Present findings and progress to managers and senior leaders; participate in leadership development conferences and networking opportunities.
Program Features & Development
- Rotational learning: gain exposure to multiple business units, functions, facilities, and leaders to build a broad operational perspective.
- Part-time graduate education: participants are required to pursue a graduate degree (MBA, Master’s in engineering, analytics, etc.) if not already completed; the specific degree is participant-driven and must be applicable to the business. Tuition assistance is provided.
- Mentorship: each participant is paired with a mentor to guide rotation choices, professional development, and post-program placement.
- Leadership development: annual leadership conferences and targeted training to build managerial and communication skills.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates for the OLDP are early-career professionals with leadership potential, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to learning.
Required (to be considered):
- OLDP I: Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2027.
- OLDP II: Master’s degree completed by June 2027 OR 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in academic, internship, military, or extracurricular settings.
- Motivation for challenging, hands-on operational work.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance (where required).
Preferred:
- Degree areas: Supply Chain Management; Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Data Science/Analytics; Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship, co-op, or relevant military experience in operations or engineering.
- Willingness and ability to relocate annually as rotations require.
Location & Work Type
- Primary start location for this posting: Nashua, NH (on-site, full-time).
- The program is rotational and participants will be encouraged to relocate annually to other major manufacturing sites as program needs require. Due to the collaborative and site-specific nature of the work, roles are performed onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary range (estimated): $64,926 – $110,374 per year. Individual pay is based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
