What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Operations Lead (Arriviamo / Mixology) to support daily store operations at a Reserve Roastery location in Manhattan, NY. In this hands-on role you will help deliver a high-quality hospitality experience, support teammates, and ensure safe, compliant service of food, beverages and alcohol.

• Act with integrity, honesty, and a customer-first mindset that supports the location’s culture and values.
• Maintain composure during high-volume periods and unusual events; keep the store operating to standard.
• Anticipate customer and operational needs and communicate timely information to managers.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members; provide respectful coaching and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional service and storytelling about the Reserve Kitchen and beverage program.
• Execute operational assignments during scheduled shifts and use store systems consistently.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, health, safety, and security.
• Manage service of alcohol in compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies.
• Model and reinforce adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

Who You Are

Minimum qualifications and role expectations:

• Customer service experience in a retail and/or restaurant environment.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to carry up to 35 lb consistently during a shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred qualifications:

• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead the work of others and to provide coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships on a team.
• Additional languages are beneficial.
• Quick learner with a service-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.81 - $27.03 per hour.
