What You’ll Do

This entry-level Operations Analyst role supports trade operations for equities (with some fixed income exposure). Daily responsibilities include:

• Support client onboarding, KYC, account setup, and documentation
• Process trades, confirmations, affirmations, and settlements
• Investigate and resolve breaks and trade exceptions with internal teams, clients, and external counterparties
• Communicate status updates and escalations to stakeholders
• Reconcile and analyze operational data to ensure accurate, timely processing
• Maintain clear, auditable records of actions and client communications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficient MS Excel skills (formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented operations environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in Banking, Investment Banking, or Financial Services
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, securities processing, or clearing/settlement workflows
• Prior exposure to equities operations preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (contract)
• Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension or conversion
• Benefits (subject to eligibility and applicable to the hiring organization): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, paid time off and holidays (as applicable), paid parking/public transit assistance
