What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Operations Analyst to support cross‑functional projects and decision making at their Pleasant Prairie, WI site. You will turn data into actionable insights, build reports and presentations, and partner with teams across Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Distribution Operations to drive measurable improvements.

• Use data and critical thinking to identify opportunities and recommend operational solutions
• Create clear reports, dashboards and executive presentations
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to support strategic initiatives
• Own projects end-to-end and communicate findings to leadership
• Support ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and improve processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience solving business problems through internships, coursework, or professional roles
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working with datasets
• Demonstrated critical thinking and strong work ethic

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SQL
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
• Previous exposure to operations, logistics, or distribution analytics
