Role Overview

This opportunity is with a Confidential Client seeking an Operations Analyst to support new account onboarding and branch operations. The role focuses on new account openings, compliance checks, and providing high-quality client and branch support via email, Teams, and phone. This is a contract role with a hybrid workplace model based in Lathrup Village, MI.

What You’ll Do

• Develop working knowledge of the Confidential Client’s policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure correct new account openings.
• Execute new account planning activities and maintain required process and technical skills.
• Provide white‑glove service to incoming clients and branch associates—respond to inquiries and requests via email, Teams, and phone.
• Support escalated cases by following SOPs and engaging other departments as needed.
• Communicate updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operation functions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Operations, compliance, and operations analysis experience or aptitude.
• Strong customer/client service orientation; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs and collaborate across internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Attention to detail and basic risk-analysis awareness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant skills and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $26.56/hr.
