What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, hands-on Operations Analyst role supporting a high-touch college counseling and academic services operation. You’ll be the engine that keeps service delivery timely, accurate, and scalable.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics for college counseling and academic programs to ensure a seamless, premium experience for students and families
- Identify inefficiencies and help design, document, and maintain scalable operational workflows
- Track student progress timelines and service-delivery metrics; monitor compliance with internal benchmarks
- Collaborate with leadership, consultants, and advisors to allocate resources and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Serve as a professional point of contact for scheduling and operational inquiries
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a Top 50 university required
- Genuine interest in college preparation, admissions, or academic consulting; prior internship or work experience in the college-prep space is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward building repeatable processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for interacting with high-achieving students and families
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency with modern workplace tools (CRMs, project management software, Google Workspace, Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (actual pay commensurate with experience)
