Role Overview
Confidential client in the Public Transportation / Automotive Equipment sector is hiring an Operations Analyst I to support the Operations Division. This entry-level role combines administrative work, data analysis, and basic financial reporting to improve operational performance. Location: Elkins Park, PA. Salary range: $59,540 — $74,412 per year.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly financial and statistical reports
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data with teammates
- Visualize findings using charts, graphs, infographics, and basic dashboards
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery and decision impact
- Process and reconcile information with other operations analysts
- Draft presentations and briefings for senior staff
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Coordinate project activities and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist in developing and delivering training for staff and oversee co-op students or interns as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, finance, or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); basic familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and present data-driven recommendations

- Salary range: $59,540 — $74,412 per year
