What You’ll Do

This role supports new-account onboarding and branch operations for a confidential client in the IT/Financial Services space. You will be part of a team that delivers white-glove service to incoming financial advisors and branch associates during account openings and routine inquiries.

• Assist with opening new customer accounts and ensure all compliance/regulatory requirements are met.
• Build and maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory protocols relevant to new-account processing.
• Execute new-account planning activities and maintain required process and technical skills.
• Provide timely, professional support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and Teams.
• Triage and resolve routine inquiries; follow SOPs to escalate and coordinate with other departments for elevated cases.
• Communicate updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operational tasks.

What You’ll Bring

• Entry-level or early-career experience in operations, client services, or compliance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional communication.
• Customer-service orientation and experience handling inquiries via phone, email, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
• Basic analytical skills and comfort learning internal systems and account-opening workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in financial services or compliance is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rate: $26.56 per hour (contract role).

• Position type: Contract (hybrid).
• Location: Cloverdale, TN (hybrid work model).
• You will interact regularly with distributed teams and may be expected to work standard business hours; schedule details will be shared by the confidential client during the interview process.
