Overview

Confidential Client is ramping up its Operations team to support an increase in Financial Advisor onboarding. The Operations Analyst will help manage the new-account opening process, ensure compliance and regulatory items are completed, and deliver white‑glove service to internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Support new account openings and onboarding activities tied to incoming Financial Advisors and branch associates
• Learn and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for new-account processing
• Provide white‑glove service via phone, email and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams) for questions and information requests
• Escalate and manage complex cases by following SOPs and partnering with other departments
• Communicate product updates and assist in simplifying routine branch operations

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Entry-level candidate; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance requirements
• Good written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Comfortable learning internal systems and process documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
• Able to work in Cloverdale, TN (see Location & Work Environment)

• Location: Cloverdale, TN (on-site or hybrid arrangements determined by the client)
• Role type: Contract to hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour (actual offer will depend on experience, location, and other job-related factors)
