Program overview

This Accelerated Development Program (ADP) places early-career candidates into an Operations Supervisor track hosted by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development function. Participants are matched with a manufacturing or distribution facility and complete structured rotations across shifts and departments to build operational, leadership, and continuous-improvement skills.

The program runs out of Orlando, FL with cohort start dates in January or July 2027. During the first 9 months you will complete rotational assignments, then gain acting supervisor experience in the plant or warehouse for a minimum of six months (including two months per shift across three shifts).

Estimated pay (from source): $70,034 per year (estimated).


What You’ll Do

You will assist Operations leadership across production and warehousing functions with practical, hands-on responsibilities, including:

  • Assist with planning daily work schedules
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and Six Sigma training
  • Support site safety programs and compliance efforts
  • Learn accounting and billing processes related to production
  • Coordinate with filling department and filling supervisors as needed
  • Help identify and resolve equipment or product defects (maintenance & engineering exposure)
  • Understand inventory, routing, and shipping procedures
  • Provide HR exposure: coordinate training, development, performance management, and corrective action processes
  • Supervise site operating teams during acting supervisor assignments
  • Gain exposure to timekeeping and production control systems

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed by the start of the program
  • Degree fields preferred: Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations (or related)
  • At least one (1) year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Willing to relocate if required upon completion of the ADP

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing)
  • Previous internship or co-op experience (industry or site-specific experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience (work, extracurriculars, military service, etc.)

  • Employment type: Contract / Full-time positions through our client
  • Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate if required after program completion
