Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Open Rank Data Coordinator (Entry – Senior) to support clinical research activities in a blood cancer research program. This role supports the day-to-day operations of clinical trials and human-subject research, including participant screening, informed consent, scheduling, data collection and management, and regulatory compliance. This position is onsite in Aurora, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and oversee day-to-day operations of clinical trials and studies.
- Obtain study subjects’ medical history and current medication information; review protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria and confirm eligibility.
- Perform or verify the informed consent process and ensure consent documentation is properly filed.
- Interview prospective subjects and educate them on study details via phone and in-person.
- Schedule subject participation and coordinate clinical support resources (physician, nursing, lab, radiology, pharmacy).
- Collect, code, and analyze research data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to research regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (by level)
- Entry Level: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Intermediate Level: Bachelor’s degree and 1 year clinical research or related experience.
- Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years clinical research or related experience.
- A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
- 3 years of clinical research or related experience.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (EMR/EHR and data management systems).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex research protocol information.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with basic human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
Work Location & Schedule
This is an onsite role located in Aurora, CO (Confidential Client research campus). The position is full-time; classification (exempt or non-exempt) may depend on the level hired.
Compensation & Benefits
The posting includes level-based starting salary ranges (good faith estimates). Candidates will be considered at the level appropriate to their qualifications:
- Entry Level: $49,899 – $66,865 per year
- Intermediate Level: $54,302 – $72,765 per year
- Senior Level: $58,705 – $78,665 per year
