Confidential Client is hiring an Onsite Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Specialist) to join their state-of-the-art rehabilitation clinic in Leesburg, VA. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on delivering patient-centered care across a diverse caseload — from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain and pediatric to adult rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and clinic policy.
- Re-assess patients regularly and adjust goals and interventions to optimize recovery.
- Recommend, fit, and instruct patients on assistive devices to support independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
- Participate in continuing education and team training to maintain best-practice skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will treat a broad range of patients — children and adults — with diagnoses including post-operative recovery, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and mobility disorders. The role offers exposure to a varied case mix that supports skill development across multiple areas of practice.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (from an accredited institution) or equivalent required by state licensure rules.
- Active, valid license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear patient and team interactions.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and scheduling.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic outpatient setting.
Preferred Experience
- Clinical rotations, internships, or prior experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-op rehab, or pediatrics is a plus.
- Demonstrated exposure to therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques is advantageous.

- Salary range: USD 100,000 — 120,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
