What You’ll Do
As an Online Data Analyst (English - US) supporting a Confidential Client, you will help improve AI systems by reviewing, labeling, and evaluating English (US) content according to detailed guidelines.
- Review and annotate English (US) text for relevance, intent, and labeling accuracy
- Follow written annotation and moderation guidelines precisely
- Identify and flag inappropriate, low-quality, or non-compliant content
- Provide clear, consistent feedback and notes to support model improvement
- Meet agreed productivity and quality metrics while tracking work in provided tools
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates who can work independently and follow precise instructions.
- Native or fluent English (US) proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality in repetitive tasks
- Comfortable using web-based tools and basic office software
- Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-minimized workspace
- Ability to follow written guidelines and document decisions clearly
- Eligible to work in the United States; this posting recruits candidates located in Texas (TX)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, or similar roles
- Familiarity with common annotation tools or experience in crowdsourced data work
- Good time-management and communication skills
