What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media on a flexible, remote contract basis. You will work independently on short evaluation tasks that help improve AI models by providing clear ratings and concise written feedback.
- Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
- Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge which best follows a prompt and note visual artifacts or prompt drift.
- Inspect outputs carefully (zoom, replay) to spot issues such as distorted anatomy, flicker, unnatural motion, mismatched audio, or text errors.
- Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then write short, evidence-based explanations in English highlighting what you observed.
- Occasionally record short voice explanations for audio/voice evaluations.
Common Tasks You’ll See
- Image evaluations — compare two AI-generated images for the same prompt and choose the better option while noting visible artifacts.
- Video evaluations — rank AI-generated or edited videos against prompt alignment and visual quality.
- Video caption labeling — split first-person clips into actions and correct AI-generated captions for clarity and accuracy.
- Audio and voice evaluations — rate generated speech on naturalness, pronunciation, and match to a target voice (may include short voice recordings).
Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Qualifications)
- Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and roleplaying realistic situations naturally.
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
- Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
What You’ll Need
- Valid ID and mobile phone from your country of residence.
- An up-to-date resume highlighting relevant experience.
- A LinkedIn profile showing education and work history.
- Reliable internet and a device capable of viewing images, videos, and playing/recording audio.
Compensation & Payment
- Project work: Earn up to USD $15 per hour (rates vary by project, expertise, and location).
- Additional incentives: On average contributors earn ~7.5% extra through Missions; top contributors can see higher boosts.
- Payments processed weekly (covering the previous pay period) via PayPal, AirTM, or ACH where available.
- Rates depend on skills assessment, project needs, and contributor level. Some projects or onboarding phases may pay different rates.
Work Model & Eligibility
- This is a remote, contract (1099) opportunity — you will join Confidential Client as a freelancer/independent contractor, not an employee.
- Flexible schedule — no minimum hours required. Work as much or as little as you like depending on project availability.
- Must be authorized to work in your country of residence. Applicants from the United States are accepted for this posting (Confidential Client may accept contributors from other countries on certain projects).
