Overview

confidential client (Financial Services) is hiring an Omni Commerce Product Manager based in Irving, TX. This full-time role leads product vision, roadmaps and delivery for commerce and payments products that connect digital and physical customer experiences. You will partner with experience design, engineering, risk, and business teams to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify, analyze and interpret business and customer data to define product opportunities and measure outcomes.
  • Define and own product vision, charter, roadmap, OKRs and success metrics for assigned product areas.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, design, development, launch and optimization.
  • Translate business strategy and customer insights into prioritized features, epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, operations, compliance and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Balance customer experience, technical debt and modernization needs for technical products.
  • Support go-to-market planning, channel alignment and adoption strategies.
  • Apply risk-management practices and work with compliance partners to ensure controls and regulatory alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Product management experience delivering digital or payments/commerce products.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with product roadmaps, OKRs and outcome-driven planning.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and working with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong customer centricity and capability to incorporate research and analytics into decisions.
  • Ability to synthesize market and internal signals into prioritized product plans.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in payments, commerce platforms, or financial services products.
  • Knowledge of product P&L, go-to-market, adoption and channel management.
  • Technical fluency: ability to design, configure, and integrate software product features.
  • Experience with service blueprints, design systems, performance measurement and analytics.
  • Track record of driving modernization and reducing technical debt.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation

Pay Range (base): $111,605.00 - $131,300.00 per year. The posted range reflects the primary location (Irving, TX); actual pay may vary based on experience, skills and location.
