What You’ll Do
As a participant in the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) you will complete three one-year rotations across supply chain and operations functions to develop broad operational leadership capability. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support supplier partnerships, procurement processes, and supplier performance improvement
- Contribute to manufacturing engineering and production planning activities
- Lead or support continuous improvement and value-stream initiatives
- Assist program managers with operations planning and execution
- Collect and analyze operational metrics to drive process improvements
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic operations assignments
- Present findings, improvement proposals, and project outcomes to leaders and stakeholders
You will receive formal leadership training, mentorship, and opportunities to work on strategic projects that build management, technical, and cross-functional skills.
Program Details
This is a three-year, rotational leadership program designed for entry-level professionals. Key program elements:
- Three, one-year rotations with increasing responsibility
- Rotations may include roles such as Supply Chain Analyst, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Control/Planning, Continuous Improvement, Operations Program Manager, Strategic Operations, Value Stream Supervisor, and Quality Engineer
- Program includes a leadership development conference, technical and leadership curriculum, and exposure to senior leaders
- Participants are required to start and pursue a relevant master’s degree during the program (tuition support available)
- Rotations are primarily within the United States; first rotation typically at one of the major sites (examples: York, PA; Kingsport, TN; Louisville, KY; Aiken, SC). Subsequent rotations may be at other sector locations nationwide
- Mentorship provided for career planning, rotation selection, and off-program placement
Who We’re Looking For
We seek motivated recent graduates with demonstrated leadership potential and relevant academic or internship experience.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Quality, Business, or related major
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related field
- Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness and ability to relocate for rotational assignments across U.S. locations
- Ability to start and progress through a master’s degree during the program (completion expected within two years from end of program)
- Depending on assigned rotations, some roles may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Salary Range: $59,023 - $100,339 per year (range based on market pay structures; final offer depends on candidate qualifications, location, and internal equity)

- Tuition assistance provided to support the required master’s degree while in the program

- Early start option: Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree or who graduate in December may be eligible for an early start prior to the official cohort start (subject to business needs and relocation requirements). Program-specific training and cohort activities begin with the official cohort.
