Program overview
Confidential Client is hiring participants for an Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) cohort based in Nashua, NH. This rotational program accelerates early-career development through challenging one-year rotations across operations functions, formal leadership training, mentorship, and tuition assistance for a graduate degree.
What you’ll experience
- Three one-year rotations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and other operations functions.
- Structured mentorship and access to leadership development conferences with senior leaders.
- Tuition assistance to complete a part-time graduate degree (e.g., MBA or relevant master’s).
- Hands-on assignments that may include roles such as Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, Subcontract Administrator, Strategic Sourcing Lead, Operations Program Specialist, or Value Stream Specialist.
- Significant exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities for career placement after program completion.
Work location & mobility
- Primary workplace: Nashua, NH (on-site required).
- The program encourages annual relocation between major manufacturing sites (examples cited by Confidential Client include Nashua, NH; Austin, TX; Cedar Rapids, IA; Fort Wayne, IN; Endicott, NY) to broaden experience. Candidates should be willing and able to relocate as required by the program.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required for OLDP I) by June 2027. OLDP II candidates typically have a master’s degree by June 2027 or 2+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, work, or military contexts.
- Strong communication skills and evidence of active participation in extracurricular activities.
- Motivation and capacity for hard work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance (as required by specific assignments).
