What You’ll Do
This entry-level, on-site operations role is part of a 24-month Operations Early Career Program (OECP) designed to develop technical and leadership talent for manufacturing and distribution operations. As an OECP Associate you will rotate through hands-on assignments and formal training to build skills in process improvement, quality systems, and project delivery.
- Lead and facilitate problem-solving efforts using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Support process improvement projects: introduce/validate equipment and process changes to reduce scrap, improve throughput and product quality.
- Help design and implement divisional quality controls to ensure compliance to product and process standards.
- Provide on-machine support to operators and teams to maintain production capability and meet delivery targets.
- Act as a floating project engineer: develop timelines, assign responsibilities, and drive project execution to meet goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek recent engineering graduates who are committed to a career in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related) — December or May graduates eligible for cohort start dates.
- Previous internship, co-op, or relevant manufacturing experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership (student organizations, team projects) and volunteer engagement.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate to assigned site for the program.
- Note: Work authorization/sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Locations (Site Assignments)
Candidates should be open to assignment at any of the program sites. Site placement is notified approximately 60 days prior to start.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $86,000 per year (USD) — representative figure advertised for this role.
- Program includes structured training, on-the-job rotations, and exposure to Lean / Six Sigma practices.
- Benefits vary by site but may include medical plans, retirement/401(k) contributions, paid time off, and other customary employee benefits offered by the confidential client.
