What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered OT services, documenting progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for ADLs, IADLs, cognitive and physical re‑education
• Document assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning per facility policy
• Communicate treatment goals and progress with patients, families, and the care team
• Participate in care conferences and follow supervisory direction from clinical leaders
• Maintain professional growth and licensing/compliance requirements

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, entry-level Master’s degree, or entry-level Doctorate in OT
• Vermont state OT license or eligibility to obtain Vermont licensure
• BLS preferred
• Able to work at least one weekend shift per quarter
• Comfortable with per-diem scheduling (no guaranteed hours; not benefit-eligible)

Experience

• Typically 3–6 months to reach proficiency in assigned duties; all levels considered for per-diem opportunities

Compensation & Schedule

• Employment type: Part-time / Per diem
• Pay: $36.50 — $54.75 per hour (visible salary range)
• Shift: Day shifts (8-hour), rotating weekend needs
• Location: Berlin, VT — onsite at the client facility
• This is a per-diem role (position has no committed hours and is not benefit-eligible)
