What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one outpatient OT across populations such as orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatrics, pediatrics, pelvic health, work rehab, neuro, lymphedema, aquatics, and wound care
• Provide skilled, evidence-based interventions and patient education
• Document clinical findings and progress during blocked documentation time
• Collaborate with rehab clinical managers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, entry-level Master’s degree, or entry-level Doctorate in OT
• Vermont state license or eligibility required
• BLS preferred
• Ability to work in the United States (employer will verify work authorization consistent with federal law)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience in outpatient or community-based occupational therapy
• Interest or experience in one or more specialty areas (pelvic health, aquatics, neuro, pediatrics, lymphedema, wound care)
• Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic health records
• Commitment to continuing education and program development
