What You'll Do

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy in an outpatient setting for a confidential client. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on physical assessment and clinical judgment.
• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions (no overlapping appointments) across a range of outpatient populations.
• Document care accurately and efficiently; dedicated documentation time is scheduled.
• Collaborate with rehab support specialists, rehab techs, clinical leads, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in structured mentorship and ongoing professional development.
• Help design and expand specialty programs (examples: pelvic health, aquatics, lymphedema, work rehab).
• Support quality‑improvement initiatives and maintain clinical competency.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, entry‑level Master’s degree, or entry‑level Doctorate in OT.
• Vermont occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Vermont.
• BLS preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment‑planning, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic and learning specialty programs.
• Three to six months to become proficient in assigned duties (department provides mentorship and protected onboarding).
